The Whatsapp has give you feature to peer to peer digital payment via in the messaging platform. Let’s know about how to setup WhatsApp payment feature .
The First step is :Open your WhatsApp and go to the settings and tap on Payments.
Now you see here. The Add payment method . Now here choose your bank account those linked with this whatsapp number.
Next step is After you’ve chosen and selected your bank account , you see here the verify your phone number ,tap on verify via SMS.
Now , once the verification process is finished, your payment methods successfully added.
How to pay and receive money from WhatsApp pay
To use WhatsApp pay first you have to registered with WhatsApp pay, if you not a registered user follow these steps to use whatsapp pay.
first open your WhatsApp Chat and tap on attachment icon. Then Tap on payment (enter your desired amount) and enter.
Then Enter your UPI Pin to complete your payment.
If you using other UPI apps such as Phonepe or Google pay, follow these steps to send money.
Open your whatsapp app and >go to settings> to payments.
Tap on the New payment option >tap and send ti a UPI ID > then enter UPI ID click to verify.After the UPI ID is verified, type the desired amount and hit enter.
The last step Enter your UPI pin to complete the payment.
You can also send the request to your WhatsApp contact who have not registered with Whatsapp. To do that, follow these steps.
Open a WhatsApp chat > tap the attachment icon > tap Payment.
On the next screen, tap Notify to let the other person know about WhatsApp Payments feature.
By following these esimple and asy methods, you can now start making digital payments via WhatsApp. This is everything that you need to know about WhatsApp Payments features.
